The firm was founded in 2011 and has offices in Milan and Vienna. We focus on all aspects of business corporate and civil law, with an extraordinary commitment to clients’ needs. Since its formation, the firm has been involved in important litigation and arbitration cases in corporate, commercial and general civil law matters and has been active in advising and assisting Italian, European and US companies in non-contentious matters (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tender, contractual matters) to achieve our clients’ business objectives.
